Gina Camacho is the Co-Founder and COO of BlueRecruit. After graduating from FSU, she became a High School Algebra Teacher, but shortly after, found her true passion in the world of technology. Gina grew her experience within the software industry through various customer support and product management roles. She co-founded her company, BlueRecruit, with her husband, Rich, in 2019. BlueRecruit is a platform that connects skilled tradespeople with hiring companies through the US and Canada. Her father's issues in hiring an auto body painter are what sparked the idea to launch her company which has supported over 36,000 job seekers and 1,000s of companies.
